  • Suji 2 cups


  • Curd 1/2cup


  • Salt 1/2tsp


  • Rice flour 2 tsp


  • Oil 2tsp


  • Whole garlic 1/4cup


  • Whole red chilli 2


  • Salt 1/4tsp


  • Mustard oil 1tsp


  • Roasted chana dal 2tsp


  • Grated coconut 2tsp


  • Sliced tomato 2


  • Chop onion 1

Directions

  • Take a garlic and red chilli dip in a water.
  • Take a mixing bowl put suji,salt,rice flour and curd mix then add water make a batter rest for 30 minutes.
  • Take a mixer jar put soaked chilli,garlic,salt and mustard oil add little bit of water grind well.
  • Take a nonstick pan add oil put batter spread then garnish chop onion and sliced tomatoes cook for both sides.
  • Suji uttpam serve with chilli garlic dip.
