Take a garlic and red chilli dip in a water.
Take a mixing bowl put suji,salt,rice flour and curd mix then add water make a batter rest for 30 minutes.
Take a mixer jar put soaked chilli,garlic,salt and mustard oil add little bit of water grind well.
Take a nonstick pan add oil put batter spread then garnish chop onion and sliced tomatoes cook for both sides.
Suji uttpam serve with chilli garlic dip.
